10-Day Non-Stop Boot Camp
Several times a year I hold a 10-Day Non-Stop Boot Camp Session. We work out for ten days straight with weekend classes in the morning. Weekday classes are held at 5:15 a.m. – 6:30 a.m. and evening classes are held at 6:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
I alternate a.m. and p.m. Sessions of 10-Day Non-Stop Boot Camp. In the spring, I always start off with an evening session at 6:15 p.m. and a morning session before school lets out for the summer. We work out for 10 days straight and each day is a different format. I have had over 2,000 people attend 10-Day Sessions in the past.
Every class during the 10-Day is a different format. A few of our formats are Luscious Legs, Abd Attack, Glorious Glutes, Basic Boot Camp, and Hott Yoga. This program includes exercise homework, a nutritional packet, weigh-ins and measurements.
The Fee is $30 per session. If you share the original post from Facebook, you will receive $5 off the cost. Missed classes may be made up in regular Boot Camp.
Top performers are announced after each sessions. Those individuals losing inches and weight will receive a gift card from a health food store.
Participants LOVE this program and make plenty of workout friends. Classes are fun, challenge, and I demonstrate a variety of workout intensities to accommodate your fitness level.
