Fit with Vicki Tri

Vicki Tri is the owner of Fit w/ Vic Boot Camp, a fitness and small group personal training program conducted at South Lakes Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma during the warmer months. Her indoor facilitie is Top Hat Talent Dance Studio. She has over 16 years of fitness instructor and Personal Training  experience and has earned numerous national certifications. Vicki’s bootcamp is not only a weight loss bootcamp but also a supplement to athletes.  Runners, swimmers, cyclist and especially Mud Runners participate to take advantage of Vicki’s unique cross training style that gives them an edge over their competition.

Vicki is employed at the Earlywine Park YMCA where she is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Youth Strength Training Instructor and Youth Conditioning Clinic Instructor.  She is also employed at Devon Energy as a Fitness Instructor.

During the 2005-2006 season, Vicki instructed PJ Brown from the New Orleans Hornets in yoga. She has worked with Southmoore High School’s Football Team with BOSU training and Girls Volleyball Team with Sports Conditioning. She also serves as a volunteer 2 hours a month at Antioch Christian Academy, where she teaches the children Physical Education.

Vicki volunteer her time teaching Kickboxing classes twice per month to the women who live at the City Rescue Mission. In addition, she spends many hours in the community each month teaching fitness and doing fundraisers for animal welfare.

Vicki also offers Personal Training in the convenience of your home and well as Pilates and Yoga Instruction for $40 an hour.
