Benefits of water

Drinking water helps you lose weight because it flushes out the
by-products of fat breakdown. Drinking water reduces hunger, its an
effective appetite suppressant so you’ll eat less. Plus water has zero
calories. If you tend to overeat you could actually be thirsty. Try a
large glass of water next time with your meal.

Relieves fatigue by flushing out toxins and waste products from the body.
If your body lacks water, your heart, for instance will have to work
harder to pump out the oxygenated blood  to all of the cells.

Your muscles and joints will function so much better from being well
hydrated. There is more wear and tear on ligaments, tendons, and  muscles
when you are dehydrated. Keeping  these tissues supple will enable you to
move more freely and produce less stress on the joints, muscles and
connective tissue. Water occupies the largest percentage of weight (space)
in these tissues.

Drinking water raises your metabolism because it helps in digestion. Fiber
and water goes hand in hand so that you can have your daily bowel
movements.

You will be more alert and productive because your brain is made up of
mostly water.  You will think clearer, be more alert and be able to
concentrate better. Headaches can be remedied by being well hydrated.

Reduce your chance of developing cancer as water dilutes the concentration
of cancer causing agents and flushes them out in the urine.

Your skin will look healthier and possibly younger. Water helps replenish
skin tissue, moisturizes skin and increase skin elasticity.

One of the best things you can do when waking up is drink 16 ozs of water.
Water fires up your metabolism, hydrates you, help your body flush out
toxins, gives your brain fuel and will help you eat less throughout the
day.
