I am always amazed when I ask a high school athlete or an avid runner if they have tried yoga. Several times the response was, "that's not really a workout" or I cannot fit that into my training schedule . After some convincing and they did a class..wow..are they amazed. Yoga is crucial for athetes if they want to perform better and have less injuries or no injuries at all. Yoga is enjoyed by children which helps increase concentration and attention span.

I see the results of practicing yoga and its can transform the mental, physcial , emotional abilities of people. Any one can do yoga regardless of physical limitations. One of my favorite quotes is from Tony Horton the P90X guru, "I can do what I do at my age not because of pull ups but because of yoga
